Responsibilities
- Own the full acquisition process — sourcing, analysing, negotiating, and delivering deals that align with client goals
- Ensure quality and strategy alignment — every deal must meet high benchmarks across financials and long-term objectives
- Mentor and support others — share frameworks, insights, and feedback with junior team members
- Tackle complex challenges — from vendor negotiations to due diligence hurdles
- Improve systems and processes — help evolve how the team thinks and works
