Incoming Goods Officer – Join Our Dynamic Food Manufacturing Team!

Located in Mansfield 4122 and available for an immediate start.

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for an Incoming Goods Officer to join our fast-paced food manufacturing team and play a critical role in ensuring the right materials are ready at the right time.

Hours : Monday - Friday 6am-2pm

What You’ll Do :

As our Incoming Goods Officer, you’ll be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing all incoming raw materials and packaging. Your day-to-day will involve :

• Receiving shipments and verifying quality, quantity, and condition of goods
• Storing materials safely and in compliance with food safety standards
• Tracking inventory and keeping stock levels accurate and up-to-date
• Delivering materials to production lines and rotating stock (FIFO method)
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety, GMP, and food safety regulations
• Communicating with production, quality control, and purchasing teams
• Maintaining accurate records and assisting with staff training

What You’ll Bring :

Experience in warehousing / incoming goods and food manufacturing
