About the role

As a member of the Calvary Community Care team, you will deliver quality services to meet clients' needs and contribute to a positive experience. You will work within a back-to-base model, supporting clients across Launceston with their nursing care needs.

Your main duties will include :

• Working as part of a team to deliver nursing assessments, clinical care, and evaluations.
• Supporting Home Care clients with their clinical needs, including clinical care plan reviews.
