Summary

Storable is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead software development for our RV & Camping vertical (powered by Newbook). This leader will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, scalable technology that transforms how RV parks and campgrounds manage operations and engage guests.

As the Engineering Manager for our RV & Camping platform, you’ll be responsible for leading the development of cloud‑native SaaS solutions used by RV parks, campgrounds, and resorts worldwide. You’ll combine deep technical leadership with strong people management and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver reliable, high‑performing, and scalable products.

What You’ll Do

Strategic & Technical Leadership

• Define and execute a product‑aligned engineering strategy that advances Storable’s RV & Camping platform.
• Translate business priorities into actionable engineering roadmaps with clear KPIs and milestones.
• Oversee the design, development, and scaling of cloud‑native applications serving global customers.
• Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of mission‑critical applications.
• Lead modernization initiatives to evolve legacy systems into distributed, service‑oriented architectures.
• Anticipate and mitigate technical risks, embedding resilience into infrastructure and applications.
• Champion best‑in‑class engineering practices, including CI / CD, infrastructure‑as‑code, and automated testing.
• Standardize development processes across distributed teams to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality.
• Continuously refine workflows to improve velocity, reliability, and cost‑efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Newbook’s Product and Operations leadership to align technology delivery with platform roadmap goals.
