• Salary from $90,000 - $130,000 + super
• dependant on the successful person. Vehicle packages are also available.)
• Duties
• Manage commercial and fit out projects.
• Follow all safe working policies and procedures.
• Maintaining knowledge of project requirements and specifications.
• Actively manage the site team and sub-contractors to ensure productivity, budget, and quality targets.
• Assisting in coordinating the ordering and receiving of materials.
• Help to ensure the projects run effectively and efficiently.
• Experience
• Carpentry Trade or have a Building and Construction Degree
• Relevant experience as a site supervisor / foreman.
• Min. 2+ years'
• experience in commercial
• projects.
• Experience using the project management tool e.g. Procore (not essential)
• High attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Sound knowledge of OH&S requirements
• Legal right to work in Australia
• Construction White Card
