Customer Service Representative

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

Internal sales procedures and counter service to our valued customers;

Providing a high level of customer service;

Assisting in the management of stock;

General warehousing duties as required;

Operation of the forklift, including picking and packing; and

Adhering to operational health and safety requirements.

What will make you successful?

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

Ability to build relationships with trade customers;

A current forklift license or willingness to undertake this (company funded)

Ability to maintain safe working environments for yourself, your team members and customers; and

Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and staff to ensure our customer's expectations are met or exceeded.
