- Onboarding & Training : Leading the initial and ongoing training of team members to ensure they're well-prepared and continuously improving.
- Goal Achievement : Guiding the team to meet both individual and collective performance targets.
- Providing Support : Recognizing when team members need extra assistance and offering the necessary support or additional training.
- Issue Resolution : Efficiently resolving booking issues and customer queries to maintain high service standards.
- Reservation Management : Stepping in to handle reservations when the team requires additional help or in high-demand situations.
