The Venue

Perched on the edge of the escarpment, Echo Point precinct has stunning panoramic views of the southern Blue Mountains, Kanangra-Boyd Wilderness and the iconic Three Sisters . This venue is located on Echo Point Road and offers majestic views from the upper and ground floor levels of this restaurant, café and wine bar.

The Role

We are looking for experienced barista to join us on a casual basis, working approximately 30-35 hours per week. The hours are approximately Monday to Friday 8 : 30AM - 5 : 00PM, although weekends may be required during peak periods. You will be working in a small team of around 4-5 people.

The Candidate

• Must have at least 1+ years' experience
• Be able to successfully make various types of coffee / 40+ kilos per week
• Knowledge of cold press, aero press and all emerging coffee trends
• Be actively in a role that supports all team members
• You must be engaging, confident and build strong customer loyalty
• Outstanding coffee art with the ability to juggle multiple orders
• Willingness to learn with a positive and can do attitude
• Immaculate grooming, clear communication skills
• Current RSA Certificate - is essential
