Job descriptionCapitalising on your broad management reporting experience in banking , you will; present transparent & concise performance & revenue reporting information to the finance leadership team analysis & insights in relation to the expense base undertake a partnering role and provide a key link between understanding business drivers , product and revenue play an advisory role on process improvements in reporting and provide assistance on related projects provide staff leadership & mentoring to a small team of qualified accountants You will possess; 5+ years experience in a banking environment with exposure to Loan products well-honed communication and influencing skills a proven track record of providing business partnering & driving change at senior levels Proven product knowledge in Lending / Banking Strong commercial awareness & business partnering skills CA / CPA qualification Full Australian working right & fluent English skills
