Key Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Implement training programmes for new employees, focusing on hospitality standards and operational procedures.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures, to achieve profitability goals.
