The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on, inspiring Restaurant Manager who lives and breathes hospitality. Someone who knows how to lead from the floor, energise a team, and create an experience guests want to return to again and again.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, premium environment and understands both the art and the commercial side of running a successful restaurant.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Overseeing daily operations across front and back of house
- Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing FOH team
- Managing rosters in line with service standards and labour budgets
- Driving exceptional guest experiences and handling feedback with care and confidence
- Optimising bookings, table management and floor flow
- Managing inventory, ordering and stock control
- Overseeing and elevating the beverage program to drive revenue
- Reducing waste and identifying opportunities to improve profitability
- Running pre-service briefings and ongoing training
- Maintaining the venue’s presentation, energy and atmosphere
- Building strong relationships with regular guests and the local community
About You
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (or senior leader ready to step up) within a fine dining or premium venue
- Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of P&L drivers
- A natural leader who builds culture, accountability and team pride
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Passionate about food, wine and delivering genuinely memorable service
