The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on, inspiring Restaurant Manager who lives and breathes hospitality. Someone who knows how to lead from the floor, energise a team, and create an experience guests want to return to again and again.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, premium environment and understands both the art and the commercial side of running a successful restaurant.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Overseeing daily operations across front and back of house
• Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing FOH team
• Managing rosters in line with service standards and labour budgets
• Driving exceptional guest experiences and handling feedback with care and confidence
• Optimising bookings, table management and floor flow
• Managing inventory, ordering and stock control
• Overseeing and elevating the beverage program to drive revenue
• Reducing waste and identifying opportunities to improve profitability
• Running pre-service briefings and ongoing training
• Maintaining the venue’s presentation, energy and atmosphere
• Building strong relationships with regular guests and the local community

About You

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (or senior leader ready to step up) within a fine dining or premium venue
• Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of P&L drivers
• A natural leader who builds culture, accountability and team pride
• Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Passionate about food, wine and delivering genuinely memorable service
