We are seeking a

  • Training & Competency Administrator
  • support in maintaining training and competency requirements for MEPAU.
  • Reporting to the Training & Competency Manager, you will :

  • Schedule training for MEPAU employees and contractors.
  • Ensure accurate training and competency records are maintained within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Work within the MEPAU LMS to upload courses and maintain accurate training and competency records.
  • Generate and distribute training and competency reports.
  • Provide LMS support to MEPAU employees and contractors.
  • Communicate effectively with MEPAU employees and contractors to respond to training and competency enquiries.
  • Interact with training and competency suppliers (e.g. scheduling training, obtaining training quotes, organising the logistics of in-house training sessions, obtaining and verifying training and competency records, etc.).
  • Support the Training & Competency Manager to maintain training and competency resources (e.g. formatting, transferring training content into eLearning packages, using the LMS and other templates to transfer developed data into LMS formats, etc.).
  • Desired Skills and Experience
  • To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and experience :

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
  • High level data input accuracy and data checking skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with a focus on Customer Service.
  • Sound organisational skills, including time-management skills, multitasking and the ability to meet deadlines with desired outcomes.
  • A can-do attitude who is a quick learner, with an ability to pick up new software programs and hit the ground running.
