ACCOUNTS COORDINATOR | FASHION IN SYDNEY

We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive Accounts Coordinator to join a Sydney-based fashion brand. This is a unique chance to develop your finance career within an Australian label known for its commitment to design, sustainability, and ethical values.

Location : Sydney - parking available.

Salary : $80k-$90k + super (can be negotiable depending on experience).

Working arrangements : hybrid, 2 days WFH.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Accounts Management : Oversee invoices, payments, and reconciliations (Bank, PayPal, Shopify), ensuring accuracy and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Reporting & Compliance : Assist with month-end and year-end reporting, including journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, BAS, FBT, and fixed asset register maintenance.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable : Manage AP / AR processes and handle multi-currency and foreign exchange transactions.
• Financial Process Improvement : Contribute to refining financial systems and workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Payroll Processing : Prepare and process payroll, superannuation, payroll tax, commissions, and manage leave liabilities and related reporting.
• HR Support : Draft contracts, maintain HR records, assist with onboarding, reviews, and monitor staff leave entitlements.
