PRINCIPAL STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
SYDNEY

An established consultancy is seeking a senior Structural Engineer to step into a genuine Principal role, with full authority across technical leadership, people management, and delivery performance.

This position is intended for someone who already operates at Principal level - setting direction, making decisions, and carrying accountability for both the work and the team behind it.

The Role

  • Overall technical stewardship of the structural discipline
  • Leadership of the business function, not just projects
  • Accountability for project outcomes, delivery standards, and professional systems
  • Direct leadership of engineers and technical processes
