A Little Letter from the Children at Only About Children Rose Bay Village

Hello there, new grown-up friend!

We're the children at Only About Children Rose Bay Village, and we've been making big wishes (the kind you whisper into the wind) for someone very special to help lead our warm, happy community.

Our campus is full of laughter, tiny footsteps, and the smell of crayons and sunshine. We're a cosy 64-place service with bright learning spaces and outdoor areas where we chase bubbles, spot butterflies, and make friends with the trees.

Every day, we build towers to the sky, paint masterpieces, and discover new wonders about our world. But we need a grown-up leader who believes—just like we do—that every day is a chance to grow, explore, and smile.

We think our new Educational Leader will have:

All we ask is that you:

• Hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
• Have prior Educational Leader or senior leadership experience
• Communicate with warmth, clarity, and care
• Believe that the little moments make the biggest memories
