As an Employment Mentor, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting people living with disability, injury, or health conditions to unlock meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities. This isn’t just another job placement gig — at Campbell Page, our participants aren’t just a number. We listen, support, and walk beside them every step of their journey.
While you will be based in Fortitude Valley, we are looking for someone who has flexibility to service sites at Strathpine, Kenmore, and The Gap.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with participants to uncover their strengths, skills, and employment goals.
- Partner with local employers and community groups to unlock inclusive work opportunities.
- Provide tailored pre‑employment guidance and ongoing post‑placement support.
- Achieve real, measurable outcomes with purpose and heart.
Qualifications
- Passion for empowering people and changing lives.
- Experience in employment services, customer service, or community support.
- An engaging and supportive communication style and the ability to balance priorities.
- A real drive to meet goals—not just ticking off boxes but creating real impact.

Must‑Haves
- The right to work in Australia (no restrictions).
- Willing to obtain a Working With Children Check (we can help).
- Able to complete a criminal history check.
- A driver’s licence and access to your own car.
- Willing to work across other sites within your ESA when needed.
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Office.
Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Employment Services, Certificate III Disability Services, or similar would be considered advantageous, but are not essential.
