Aquent is proud to partner with a pioneering technology company currently grow their team to work on a brand-new product.

About the Role: As a Staff-level individual contributor, you will blend strategic product thinking with elite hands-on craft. You will be the architect of the platform’s end-to-end UX/UI, transforming highly complex workflows into seamless experiences for diverse user types.

Responsibilities:

  1. Founding Design Leadership: Own the design process from discovery and problem framing through to delivery.
  2. Systems Thinking: Build a comprehensive design system from scratch, including component libraries, interaction patterns, and documentation.
  3. Complex Problem Solving: Design multi-step workflows, client dashboards, admin tooling, and advanced analytics for a B2B audience.
  4. Cross-Functional Strategy: Partner with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap and define what success looks like through measurable business impact.
  5. Global Scale: Design for internationalisation and growth from day one, ensuring the platform is ready for a global stage.

Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years in Product Design, with a significant portfolio of 0→1 launches and end-to-end ownership.

Required Skills:

  1. B2B Expertise: Proven experience designing for complex, multi-sided platforms, enterprise tools, or data-heavy dashboards.
  2. Systems Mastery: Expert-level Figma skills and a history of building scalable design systems from the ground up.
  3. Strategic Mindset: Ability to connect design decisions to business metrics and communicate rationale to executive leadership.
  4. Technical Rigor: Deep understanding of responsive web design, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), and high-fidelity developer handoffs.
  5. Omnichannel Vision: Experience creating unified customer experiences across multiple touchpoints.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience within Marketing Technology (MarTech) or Ad Platforms.
  2. Experience with international product design and multilingual user bases.
