The Alto Group is a family owned and operated organization with over 600 employees, which has been serving the motoring needs of the local community for over 60 years.
We currently have a fantastic opportunity available in the group as a Parts Interpreter.
We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and motivated Vehicle Parts Interpreter to join our team working on a range of vehicles - Audi, H2olden, Honda, Hyundai, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mitsubishi, Skoda, Toyota and Volkswagen parts department.
Reporting to the Parts Manager the main focus of this role is to liaise with service department workshop and trade customers where you will provide product advice, interpret parts using electronic catalogues as well as processing parts orders.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Answering the parts phone and interpreting parts
- Servicing Service Workshop and Trade customer enquiries and orders
- Attend to customers efficiently and courteously
- Handle internal & external business as required
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL POSSES:
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter with solid interpretation skills
- ERA (Pentana) - candidates exposed to this system would be highly regarded
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly & possess a good phone manner.
IN RETURN WE OFFER:
- Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
