CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to play a pivotal role in supporting leaders, strengthening culture, and navigating workforce complexity across our diverse services.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for an experienced HR professional who thrives in complex environments, brings strong IR/ER and WHS expertise, and is passionate about creating psychologically safe, compliant, and high-performing workplaces—particularly within community and human services.
About the role
Reporting to the Executive Manager, People & Culture, you will partner closely with senior leaders and operational teams to deliver high-quality HR advice, lead complex employee relations matters, and drive people-focused change aligned to CatholicCare’s mission and strategic plan.
You’ll be a trusted advisor, coach and mentor - supporting managers to lead well, manage risk, and build engaged, capable teams.
