As our Marketing team continues to grow, we’re excited to introduce a newly created Lead Designer role. this role is part of an ongoing evolution of our creative structure.
This role gives you the chance to mentor, guide and develop our designers shaping how they grow, collaborate and make their impact.
In this role you will lead, mentor and elevate a talented team of six designers, guiding and supporting them to deliver innovative, customer‑focused and brand‑defining creative across every touchpoint digital, campaign, motion, print and retail. You will bring a sharp eye for detail, ensuring every design is accurate, polished and aligned to our brand standards.
It is a brand‑elevating, future‑shaping, creativity‑fuelled lead role where your ideas, your voice and your guidance will make an immediate and global impact. This is an opportunity to build, to influence and to leave your mark on a team ready for its next chapter.
