Your Hotel - Ovolo Sydney (Woolloomooloo)
Ovolo Woolloomooloo is the brand's flagship Australian hotel, located in Sydney's idyllic harbourside suburb of... (dramatic drum roll) Woolloomooloo. Nestled in the heart of the popular wharf precinct, a short walk to the city's central business district, the hotel is surrounded by a wide selection of much-loved dining and nightlife options. Ovolo Woolloomooloo features 100 guest rooms, a state-of-the-art gym, meeting rooms and event spaces, a swimming pool, and Bar Woolloomooloo.
The Gig
From booking to check-out and beyond, as our Guest Service Agent, you’ll be responsible for delivering on our promise of providing effortless and effervescent experiences for our guests. Your contagious enthusiasm, teamed with your obsession with taking care of our guests, will fill our lobbies with a special kind of sparkle that’ll keep people coming back for more. This is a Part-time position and will require flexibility within availability. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
About you

You have a strong passion for customer service and ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction. We want you to be the reason the guest returns to the hotel and shares their experience with everyone! Ideally, you will have prior front-office experience. If you have the right bubbly personality, we want to hear from you! You will require a driver's license to be successful in this role.
