Business Analyst - Decidr

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to support the Finance team through a critical growth phase. This 6-month fixed-term role suits someone who owns their data, values precision, and brings systems thinking to a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

1. Reconcile financial and operational data across accounting systems to ensure data integrity
2. Identify and resolve discrepancies to maintain clean, reliable financial records
3. Maintain accurate historical data across actuals, payroll, headcount, revenue, and forecasts
4. Support month-end and financial controls, including AP, AR, payroll checks, and audit-ready outputs
5. Prepare and maintain management reports in Google Sheets or Excel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
6. Support budgeting and forecasting through data preparation, variance analysis, and scenario modelling
7. Deliver ad-hoc financial and performance analysis by integrating finance, sales, and people data
8. Flag risks or issues early, with clear context and solutions

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience in financial analysis, accounting, or similar roles
2. Strong attention to detail and a bias for clean, audit-ready outputs
3. Confident working across Xero and spreadsheets (Excel / GSheets)
4. Comfortable reconciling data across multiple systems
5. Able to operate effectively in ambiguity and shifting priorities
6. Bonus: Experience in high-growth or tech environments
