The Facility
This 305-bed facility serves as the primary referral hospital for Central Queensland, offering a comprehensive range of specialist medical services, including Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, Cardiology, Renal Medicine, Palliative Care, Psychiatry, Rehabilitation, Geriatric Medicine, and Paediatrics. Surgical specialties include General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Urology, ENT, and Obstetrics & Gynaecology. The hospital also provides Intensive Care and Anaesthetic services. Additionally, various clinical services are delivered by visiting specialists from tertiary hospitals across Queensland.
The Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration is preferred
- Candidates eligible for provisional registration encouraged to apply
- Standard Pathway candidates with 8+ years of Orthopaedic experience are encouraged to apply
- SIMG's with RACS outcome in Surgery (Orthopaedics) encouraged to enquire.
