Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining web or software applications
Write clean, well-structured, and documented code
Participate in code reviews and collaborate with senior developers
Troubleshoot bugs and contribute to problem-solving
Support the implementation of features across frontend and / or backend systems

Assist in maintaining technical documentation and coding standards

Learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and best practices

Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams on project tasks

Requirements

Junior Level (0–2+ years)

Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar

Understanding of basic software development principles

Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Basic knowledge of frontend (HTML, CSS, JS) or backend (APIs, databases) development

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

General Requirements

Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment

Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Fluent in English

Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
