The Position

Stream Healthcare is recruiting for early-career and experienced Occupational Therapists across Toowoomba and surrounding areas! Aged Care, Paediatric and mixed NDIS caseloads available.

We want to hear from YOU!

Locations include: Brisbane Central, Greater Brisbane, Logan, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Cairns, Hervey Bay + MORE!

Your role will involve:

  • Conducting assessments and developing and delivering tailored therapy plans to improve independence and function
  • Collaborating with families and within a multidisciplinary team to provide the best service and outcomes to clients
  • You may prescribe and implement home/workplace modifications and assistive technology
  • Support recovery, disability management, and overall quality of life
  • Working in schools, homes, clinics, or community settings (you choose!)

All we need from you is...

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Drivers' License
