Since opening our first venue in Balaclava in 2012, we’ve grown to 66 locations nationwide - and we’re just getting started, with plans to double in size over the next 18 months. About The Role

The Marketing Manager will lead the execution of Yo-Chi’s marketing campaigns, in venue communications, and brand activations to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty. You’ll work across multi-channel campaigns (digital, CRM, social, paid, and in store), guide creative development, manage budgets, and oversee local marketing initiatives, all while championing Yo-Chi’s unique brand voice.

You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Training, and Product teams.

This role is perfect for someone who can balance big picture strategy with hands on campaign execution, is obsessed with brand consistency, and loves finding creative ways to connect with communities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Marketing in executing Yo-Chi’s marketing strategy
• Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across digital, CRM, social, paid media, and in-store channels
• Generate creative campaign concepts and bring them to life with designers, photographers, and creatives
• Lead PR, media, and influencer engagement, including briefs, contracts, and content vetting
• Champion brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual consistency across all touchpoints
• Manage marketing calendars, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination
• Track campaign performance, analyse data, and optimise for ROI
• Oversee Yo-Chi’s loyalty program (Chi Club), driving member engagement and CRM communications via email and SMS
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through in-venue messaging and marketing content
• Lead Local Area Marketing initiatives, community partnerships, and grassroots engagement campaigns
• Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing clear direction, feedback, and coaching
• Foster a collaborative, high performance culture that balances creativity, execution, and accountability
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Training, and Product teams to align marketing with business objectives
• Lead creative direction for photoshoots, campaigns, and activations, ensuring high quality execution
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing opportunities, proactively pitching innovative ideas
• Deliver regular reports on campaign, loyalty, and community performance, using insights to guide future activity

Who we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing, with experience managing multi-channel campaigns
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and grow a team
• Exceptional project management and organisational skills
• Experience with CRM, loyalty programs, and integrated campaign execution
• A strategic thinker with a creative edge and strong attention to detail
• Confidence working cross functionally across Operations, Product, and Training
• Passionate about building brands, driving engagement, and creating exceptional customer experiences
