We’re seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager who believes culture starts on the floor. You’ll take charge of daily operations, embed a genuine safety-first mindset, and build a team that’s accountable, capable, and proud of the standards they deliver.
This role is about more than moving stock — it’s about leading people, improving performance, eliminating waste, strengthening compliance, and ensuring everyone goes home safe every day. If you’re a practical leader who drives outcomes and builds high-performing teams, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Own

• Lead daily warehouse operations – receiving, picking, packing, dispatch & inventory control
• Drive on-time, cost-effective logistics and transport coordination
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure full WHS compliance
• Oversee HACCP standards for food packaging materials
• Improve systems, processes, and layout to boost productivity
• Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing warehouse team
• Monitor KPIs and continuously improve performance
• Ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence
• Work closely with the National Operations Manager and Site & Logistics Managers at other sites

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading warehouse or logistics operations
• A visible, hands-on leader who builds trust and accountability
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse systems (RF Smart / NetSuite highly regarded)
• Solid understanding of WHS and HACCP compliance
• A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Forklift licence preferred -and Highly Desirable
