  • Salary – $81,000 – $90,000 plus super

  • Phone & work travel allowance

  • PD allowance ($2500, 5 days study leave annually) & NT PHN Re-location Grant

We’re currently seeking an early career Hand Therapist (at least one year experience) who’s curious, compassionate, and ready to grow into the world of hand therapy. If you’re looking for a role that offers both professional development and lifestyle balance — this could be your perfect next step.

About You:

  • You’re a qualified Hand Therapist with current AHPRA registration

  • You may be reasonably new to hand therapy — and that’s okay! We value your enthusiasm and willingness to learn

  • You’re organised, adaptable, and thrive in a supportive team environment

  • You communicate clearly and care deeply about your clients’ recovery

The Role:

This is a full-time position based in our Darwin clinic. You’ll be supported every step of the way with training, mentoring, and resources to help you build confidence and competence in this rewarding specialty.
