Your opportunity
As our valued Registered Nurse at Kalyra McLaren Vale Residential Aged Care, you’ll ensure the best possible quality of life for our residents. By providing clinical and personal care to residents you’ll contribute to a safe, home-like environment that upholds residents’ comfort, independence and dignity.
Part of your responsibilities will include adhering to established policies, procedures, and guidelines while administering medication, conducting wound care, and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers. You'll also liaise with resident stakeholders, including family members and health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care planning and effective communication.
Your role extends to implementing and maintaining resident care plans, conducting assessment activities, and monitoring care worker practice to ensure consistent service delivery focused on wellness and person-centered care.
