We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Noble Park team. You will work closely with the National Sales & Operations Manager and internal operations teams to develop and implement targeted growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive margin & revenue growth
Actively seek out new sales opportunities with new and key clients through strategic cold calling and networking
Understand clients' specific needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions that align with our industry-leading products.
Prepare quotes and proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions for clients
Provide regular sales performance updates and market feedback to national leadership
Knowledge and experience:
Demonstrated experience in business-to-business sales position
Transport hydraulics background is essential
Proactive business development mindset with an ability to prospect and cold call
A hands-on approach with sharp problem-solving skills
A positive, can-do attitude that brings energy to the team
Strong communication skills and an eye for detail
Good leadership and team development skills
A current driver’s licence
