We’re seeking an Inside Sales Representative who's hungry to kick-start their career in B2B SaaS sales – one of the few opportunities in Adelaide to work in SaaS! Make contact with potential clients each day via assigned leads & opportunities. Propose solutions to customers that meet their unique business needs. Provide online demonstrations where necessary to potential customers. Promptly respond to email requests. Provide quotes and follow up on quotations within defined timeframes. Meet daily/ weekly/ monthly revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Team Manager. Process written requests from our prospects and customers. Discover opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products to customers by conducting a thorough needs analysis. Requirements Fluent in Japanese, oral and written (be able to use KEIGO) with business-level proficiency in English.
