As an Operations Supervisor you are accountable in supporting the day to day running of the store operations, balancing your time between the stockroom and shop floor.

The Role

• Monitor and support the organization of the store’s stockroom and shop floor replenishment process
• Manage and improve delivery procedures
• Motivate, encourage, and inspire your team
• Support in the analysis of data to improve KPI’s and minimize stock loss
• Ensure a high level of customer service

About You

• 2 or more years warehouse / stock inventory experience in the retail industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to manage a large team and good time management skills
• Strong organizational skills with an attention to details
• An interest in inventory management and processes
• Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team
• The ability to work efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
