Requirements
Who you are
Experienced in both building and sales, with a strong grasp of construction timelines.
Driven by numbers, motivated by results, and disciplined with KPIs.
A natural coach who develops talent and builds confidence in others.
Well-connected and respected within the building industry.
Ready to leave the constraints of a big builder for freedom, speed, and real impact.
