    Working Hours: Part-time (2–3 days/week with growth potential)
    Location: Blacktown, NSW – Hybrid (Clinic, Community & Telehealth)
    Salary Offer: Pro-rata $95,000 + CPD + Travel Reimbursement

    About the Role:

    We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist ready to transition into a team leadership and mentoring role. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience, particularly in NDIS and aged care community work, and be looking to grow into a leadership position.

    This role is perfect for someone seeking part-time hours with future growth into a formal team leader or clinical supervisor position.

    Key Role Details:

    • Work Type: Part-time (2–3 days/week)

    • Location: Blacktown, NSW

    • Work Mode: Hybrid – Clinic, Community & Telehealth

    • Billable Hours: 7 per working day

    • Client Demographics: Majority aged care (60–79 yrs); paediatric caseload to grow in future

    • Salary: $95K pro-rata

    • Team Leadership Pathway: Yes – step into mentoring & supervisory responsibilities

    • Visa Sponsorship: Not available

    • New Graduate Support: Not applicable for this role

    About You:

    • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist

    • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

    • Looking to grow into a leadership or supervisory position
