This premier Private Hospital, a contemporary 488-bed facility located just north of the Sydney CBD, is seeking an experienced Scrub Scout Registered Nurse to join its world-class Interventional Suite. The practice environment is at the cutting edge of surgical medicine, featuring 14 state-of-the-art operating theatres—including specialized hybrid and cardiothoracic theatres—alongside two Cardiac Catheter Labs and four procedure rooms. Supporting both adult and pediatric patients for planned and unplanned procedures, the facility is equipped with a 41-bed recovery unit and a high-tech sterilizing services department. The hospital utilizes a unique model of care that integrates both public and private billing, ensuring a diverse and high-volume clinical case mix.
The team composition is a high-functioning multidisciplinary collective of leading clinical specialists and dedicated nursing professionals. To ensure nurses can focus on the technical precision required for perioperative care, the hospital provides robust administrative and nursing support, including dedicated assistance for Chronic Disease Management (CDM) pathways and comprehensive documentation systems.
