Company Description Mindful Beings Occupational Therapy provides client-centered services that extend beyond traditional clinical settings into social, community, and home environments. Care is tailored to the strengths, needs, and aspirations of each individual, with open communication maintained across multidisciplinary teams and families. The organisation focuses on empowering people through home modifications, equipment trials, and accurate identification of barriers for NDIS reporting, supporting greater independence and improved quality of life.
Role Description The Senior Occupational Therapist will deliver high-quality occupational therapy services across home, community, and clinic-based settings alongside Clinical Supervision. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Gold Coast, QLD, with a mix of in-person work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting functional assessments, developing and implementing client-centered intervention plans, and facilitating home modifications and equipment trials. The role involves preparing NDIS reports, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring therapists. The Senior Occupational Therapist will also contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional learning within the team.
