About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Speech Pathologist to launch their career in a supportive and well-structured environment. Based in Preston, VIC, you will be supported through a comprehensive New Graduate Program designed to build your clinical skills and confidence.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide assessment and therapy for communication, speech, language, and swallowing needs
• Deliver evidence-based interventions with ongoing supervision and mentoring
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with SPA and NDIS requirements

Requirements:

• SPA Registration (or eligibility upon graduation)
• A proactive, enthusiastic learner ready to grow
• Strong communication skills and a passion for client outcomes
• Willingness to complete NDIS Worker Screening and WWCC
• Interest in paediatrics or disability services is welcomed but not essential
