About the role:

Our client is seeking a compassionate, professional, and proactive Speech Pathologists to join their team. The successful candidate will provide client-centred therapy services, working collaboratively with clients, families, caregivers, and support coordinators to develop and implement strategic, outcome-driven interventions that promote independence and well-being.

As a Speech Pathologist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans based on individual client goals and needs.
• Deliver high-quality therapy services in both clinic and home settings, ensuring flexible and responsive care.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation and monitor client progress to ensure measurable results and continuous improvement.
• Stay informed of current research and best practices to apply innovative and evidence-based approaches.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, respect, and ethical practice in all interactions.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Speech Pathology (minimum)
• SPA Registration (Speech Pathology Australia)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Current driver’s license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach
• Commitment to timely, client-focused service delivery and adaptability to meet evolving client needs
• Proactive, innovative thinker with a passion for improving client outcomes and quality of life
