Project Manager | Refurbishment | Up to $215k + Super + Fuel
An established national building and refurbishment contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a circa $5m refurbishment project within a major Brisbane CBD transport precinct.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor with a strong pipeline of refurbishment and building projects across South East Queensland.
The Role
- End-to-end project delivery
- Programme and budget management
- Client and subcontractor management
- Drive safety, quality and programme outcomes
- Deliver works within a live operational environment
About You
- Proven Project Manager within commercial building, fit out or refurbishment
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant construction qualification
