Building Manager
Eastern Suburbs, Sydney
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Building Manager to take ownership of a modern, high-quality residential complex in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Manager with 3–4+ years of experience who is looking to take the next step in their career, with strong opportunities for progression, development and long-term growth.

The Portfolio

  • Modern, high-quality residential complex
  • Approximately 170 lots
  • Very small BMC with minor shared facilities
  • Well-supported environment
  • Opportunity to take ownership of the building and build strong relationships with residents, committees and contractors

About You
We are looking for someone with:

  • 3 - 4+ years’ experience in Building Management
  • Strong knowledge of day-to-day building operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong contractor and maintenance management experience
  • A proactive approach to building presentation, compliance and service delivery
  • The ambition to develop and progress their career within the industry
