About the role:

  • Join a high-performing Corporate and work directly with Partners and Senior Lawyers recognized by Chambers Asia-Pacific and Legal 500
  • Work closely with premium clients, delivering commercial advice grounded in sound legal judgement and a deep understanding of client value drivers

The ideal candidate:

  • 3+ year’s post-admission experience in M&A transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets and/or FIRB
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
  • A team player with a high attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to develop your career in a high-performing environment
