Physiotherapist Grade 3 - Community | Part-time 0.4 EFT (30.4 hours per fortnight) | Fixed-term until December 2027 | Primary Care Supports Program

About the Role

Looking for a role where you can make a real difference in the community while continuing to grow your clinical skills?

Join our supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team, providing evidence-based physiotherapy to people living with chronic and complex conditions across the community.

As a Grade 3 Physiotherapist, you'll work across a diverse range of presentations, with the autonomy to deliver person-centred care that helps people stay independent and connected to their community. You'll also provide clinical supervision to Grade 2 Physiotherapists and play a key role in the ongoing development of the service.

With opportunities to work across community settings, centres and clients' homes, no two days will be the same. You'll be supported by a diverse multidisciplinary team while having the flexibility to build your skills and make the role your own.

This could be the perfect next step for an experienced Grade 2 Physiotherapist ready to step into a Grade 3 role.

About Us

You'll be part of the Primary Care Supports Program, within Monash Health Community, supporting people across Greater Dandenong, Casey and Cardinia to live well and independently at home.

Our multidisciplinary team brings together a range of allied health and nursing professionals who genuinely value collaboration, learning and supporting one another.

• Experience managing complex clients with multiple comorbidities

• Confidence supporting and supervising junior clinicians

• Enthusiasm for developing your clinical skills and knowledge
• A proactive approach and positive team attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Mandatory Requrements:

• Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
