An opportunity has arisen for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join the team at a leading private hospital in Gosford as an Administration Officer and Theatre Bookings Clerk. This role is essential to the hospital's operations, as the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of surgical and medical procedures. By liaising closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and nursing staff, the clerk ensures that theatre lists are accurately allocated and that patient care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Key responsibilities include managing complex scheduling systems, ensuring all patient documentation is complete, and communicating any necessary changes or cancellations to the relevant departments.
