With a team of around 15–20 staff, the business collaborates closely with architects, developers and builders across Healthcare, Education, Universities and Residential developments.

About the Role
The business is looking to appoint a Principal Structural Engineer / Structural Leader to help drive the next stage of growth within the structural division.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys winning work, building long-term client relationships and leading from the front.

The role is flexible and can be tailored to the right individual, particularly for someone who enjoys the business development and client-facing side of consulting engineering.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will likely be operating at Principal Engineer,Structural Team Leader,Associate or Associate Director level (or above) within a consulting engineering environment.
