We are looking for Customer Service superstars to express interest in our Customer Engagement Centre roles, where you will provide chat & phone based support to our customers during our 24‑hour, 7‑day, 7‑day a week service.
These roles are full‑time and operate on a rotating roster across 7 days a week 24 hours a day. This includes working early, evening, weekend and public holiday shifts. Rosters will vary and change based on business needs.
On a daily basis, you will provide quick, accurate and up to date answers to customers queries, ensuring that you resolve all the calls you are skilled to take. Our Customer Engagement Centre is a customer centric environment; we are always there for our customers when they need us the most.
Training is a compulsory component and you will need to attend all training dates to be successful for the position. Training will begin on your start date in and run for 3 weeks full time at our Perth office, 300 Murray Street, between 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. AWST. Post training, you will begin your 24/7 rotational shifts.
