Role Overview

As Head of Engineering, you will drive engineering excellence and productivity through innovative automation, streamlined processes, and efficient delivery pipelines. In this role, you'll collaborate with DevOps engineers and Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET) to optimize development workflows, reduce time-to-market, and create high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years’ experience in a senior engineering leadership role.
• Strong understanding of quality engineering, testing practices, and DevOps principles.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS preferred) and SDLC automation tools from build to test and deploy.
• A passion for innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
