The Role
- Advise corporate clients, financial institutions and international funds on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including complex and innovative financing structures.
- Work closely with partners and senior lawyers across a busy transactional practice, collaborating with other practice areas as required.
- Develop your technical expertise through exposure to varied, intellectually challenging matters where no two transactions are the same.
About You
- You will ideally have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE with experience in banking and finance or a similar private practice role.
- You will bring strong written and verbal communication skills, intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn.
- You will thrive in a collegiate environment and enjoy contributing to a collaborative team culture.
