We need an experienced, customer-focused individual with exceptional communication skills who will actively contribute to increasing the client base as we work toward our mission of helping families preserve family harmony, legacy, and assets upon disability and death.

The Client Intake and Sales Specialist handles the Firm’s initial contact with potential new clients, presents at our marketing workshops, and conducts consultations to close the sale.The client Intake and Sales Specialist must be able to hit the ground running and keep up with the rapid pace of our growing firm.

The initial pay will be between $18 and $24 / hour, depending on experience. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and overseeing all marketing events
• Speaking in front of a group of up to 40 people while conducting our marketing workshops
• Conducting one-on-one meetings with potential new clients and closing the sale
• Being the face of the firm and ensuring all prospects and clients are greeted warmly and receive top-notch customer service
• Handling incoming cold calls and registering prospects for workshops
• Directing all other incoming calls and making post-workshop follow-up calls
• Serving as a notary and witness for client document signings
