Our client is a well-established commercial builder with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Victoria. With a strong pipeline of secured work and a collaborative, supportive culture, they are looking to bring on an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of an exciting new community project.
The business is known for its hands-on leadership team, long-standing client relationships and commitment to delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard.

About the Role
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a $15 million Design & Construct community project.
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will oversee all day-to-day site operations from commencement through to practical completion, ensuring programme, quality and safety objectives are achieved.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
  • Coordinating site logistics, programme and sequencing of works.
  • Driving site safety and ensuring compliance with all OH&S requirements.
  • Maintaining high quality standards throughout construction.
  • Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and key project stakeholders.
  • Identifying and resolving site issues to keep the project on programme.
  • Leading site meetings and ensuring clear communication across the project team.

Job Requirements
To be considered for the role, you will ideally have:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
  • Previous exposure to Design & Construct projects.
  • Experience delivering projects valued around $10M–$30M.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Relevant construction qualifications and current White Card.
