With a transport network that touches every part of the country, this business is investing heavily in long‑term infrastructure and capability uplift; and this role is a key part of that journey. With a greenfield program now underway, this is a rare opportunity to lead an enterprise‑wide Transport Management System (TMS) implementation from the ground up.
As TMS Program Manager, you will lead the delivery of a national, multi‑year TMS rollout — with the system already selected and moving into implementation. This is a complex, high‑impact role where success will hinge on your ability to align multiple stakeholder groups across the program — from operations and internal technology teams through to systems integrators and the vendor. Critically, you’ll bring a deep understanding of complex transport networks (first, middle and last mile), allowing you to translate operational reality into practical system outcomes. You’ll sit at the centre of the program, driving execution, removing roadblocks and ensuring all parties are working toward a common outcome. This is a hands‑on, solution‑focused role requiring strong engagement, collaboration and delivery discipline.
